You don’t have to bear the burden of your struggle alone. My understanding and acceptance for who you are is the foundation for learning to accept yourself — including the feelings and ideas that seem difficult to acknowledge and share. I offer an authentic mirror, rather than a set of rules or instructions.
We have all experienced some form of trauma, either directly or indirectly. Our bodies store that trauma in ways we usually aren’t conscious of, leaving us with important information that can be difficult to access. I can teach you how to use that information and how to heal those parts of yourself that need loving attention and care.
Although the road may seem to have narrowed, I assure you there is a much wider, safer, and exciting one to travel. You can feel confident again and enjoy the feeling of belonging to a world that is open and full of possibility. We all have answers within us. I welcome the opportunity to help you find yours.
